Explore contemporary Native arts, create your own art work, develop storytelling skills, and perform for your friends and family! Join the Weisman Art Museum and MEd Arts in Education students from the department of Curriculum and Instruction in a workshop focusing on contemporary Native arts with lots of opportunity to create and perform. Through hands-on activities, students will experience the vibrancy of contemporary native arts in Minnesota while connecting their own lives to the creative process. For grades 6-8.
