Determining a fair and profitable farm rent agreement which satisfies both the landowner and the farmer can be challenging. David Bau, Extension Educator in Ag Business Management, will provide guidance for determining a fair rental agreement through examples, fact sheets, county and statewide rental averages, a look at 2022 projections, and worksheets.

This Farmland Rental Meeting will take place November 22, 9:30 am - 11:30 am at the Rice County 4-H Building. (1900 Fairgrounds Drive #17, Faribault, MN 55021). Masks are required in county buildings.
