Determining a fair and profitable farm rent agreement which satisfies both the landowner and the farmer can be challenging. David Bau, Extension Educator in Ag Business Management, will provide guidance for determining a fair rental agreement through examples, fact sheets, county and statewide rental averages, a look at 2022 projections, and worksheets.

This Farmland Rental Meeting will take place November 22, 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm at the Steele County Community Center (1380 Elm Ave., Owatonna, MN 55060). Please bring a mask, requirements vary by location.
