Overdose Response Training Registration
Training Options:
  • Monday, February 5, 2 pm-3 pm, Anderson Hall room 210 (West Bank)
  • Friday, February 23, 1 pm-2 pm, Ruttan Hall room B35 (St. Paul)

The training provided by the Steve Rummler Hope Network will cover key opioid information and current opioid crisis data, how to recognize signs of an opioid overdose, what naloxone is and how it works to reverse an opioid overdose, the action steps to follow when responding to an overdose, how to administer naloxone, and protections provided by Steve's Law (MN's Good Samaritan/Naloxone Law. Registered attendees will receive an intramuscular/IM naloxone kit.
