Kitchen Table: Dinner and Discussion with Queen Quet, Jose Luis Villasenor, and Darceia Houston

Join Queen Quet, Chieftess and Head of State of the Gullah/Geechee Nation, in a moderated conversation with Jose Luis Villasenor (Tamales y Bicicletas) and Darceia Houston (Paul Quinn College) at the People's Movement Center in Minneapolis. Moderated by Dr. Lorena Munoz, the discussants will engage in a dialogue about healing, food and ancestral knowledges across cultures.

The People's Movement Center is located at 736 E 41st St, Minneapolis, MN 55407. Doors open at 5:30, and a vegan dinner will be served at 6 pm. Space is limited, so RSVPs are required. Please notify us if you are unable to join after RSVPing so we can accommodate another guest.
