UMN SANE: A Trauma-Informed Community of Practice

People who are victims/survivors of sexual assault deserve high-quality and trauma-informed care. SANEs (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners) make a difference by providing this care. Our Community of Practice is committed to promoting SANE competency, retention, and well-being, and particularly focuses on rural and underserved areas. Our program collaborates with and supports new SANEs, experienced SANEs, institutions, and communities. Learn more about the Trauma-Informed Care Community of Practice.

We acknowledge the support of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
