Consultation/ Manual Audit Request form
Digital accessibility is no longer a choice; it’s a requirement. OIT and OED as well as the provost offices at the University of Minnesota are committed to providing equal access to all community members and to promote inclusive access.
If you have taken advantage of all the resources on Accessible U, or took many of the Digital Accessibility Badging courses,  but you still have questions, then fill out this form and one of the accessibility staff will reach out.
For example, you may need help determining if your website is accessible, you may need to know if the book you want to use for your class meets accessibility standards, or you might be unsure about which accessibility issue to address first. If these or any other web accessibility issues come up, use this form to contact us and arrange a consultation.

A consultation/manual audit is best done after all identified automated issues have been fixed.
