In accordance with the Accreditation Council of Pharmacy Education (ACPE) requirements, the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy has a process to accept and respond to complaints related to accreditation standards. Those wishing to file a complaint related to accreditation standards should fill out this form. This form will be submitted to the college's Associate Dean of Professional Education, who will investigate the complaint and respond to the complainant within four weeks to attempt to resolve the complaint. The Director of Student Services will maintain a file of all complaints submitted. The complainant can file a confidential complaint directly with ACPE if the proposed resolution is not acceptable.
