Important themes survey: Continuing geoscience and diversity work in a new world
The  panel/Q&A session "Continuing geoscience and diversity work in a a new world: challenges and strategies for geoscientists" will be held at 7 AM on December 14, 2016, at Jillian's, at the corner of 4th and Howard, San Francisco.  We hope that this event will be the beginning of a larger effort to coalesce community discussions, concerns, resources, and actions.

Note that things we will NOT cover in this session are: (1) public science communication (see http://sciencepolicy.agu.org/spa/science-policy-at-fall-meeting-2016/ for AGU's events on this theme); (2) communicating with policymakers (StrongScienceStrongAmerica.org, for a start).
