Welcome! We'd love to hear your perceptions of the international workers program in Cook County. You may have noticed various workers from foreign countries in your lodging, restaurant or retail experience while you've been here. Most foreign workers in Cook County are part of a J-1 Work and Travel Visa program, (or related H1B and H2B visas) sponsored by the State Department, a sponsor agency and an local employer. The following are a few questions to help improve the program for future visitors and international student workers. Your email will be used to contact you for a drawing of various prizes to thank participants. Please let us know if you have questions or would like to know more: brittany@umn.edu.
Thank you for your participation!
