procurement specialist!

Purchase Order requests and PCard reconciliation moved to the College of Science & Engineering. To submit a PO request under this new system, please navigate to the online ordering system at z.umn.edu/ecepo.  To submit a PCard receipt, navigate to your My Wallet page on MyU and upload your signed receipt and justification. For the purchase of electronics parts and some other supplies, you can continue to utilize the ECE Depot.  For those with a Purchasing Card or interest and need for one, visit our PCard page for policies and procedures. The University provides a procurement card program for business-related purchases when the good or service is not available in U Market, or when a charge cannot be paid by Purchase Order or check. The PCard is a U.S. Bank Visa credit card issued only to authorized University employees.

The ECE Depot sells electronics parts and other items for course, research, and extracurricular projects; offers consulting for troubleshooting and building electronic components; and builds and hands out lab kits for university courses.

The Characterization Facility ("CharFac") is a multi-user, shared instrumentation facility for materials research spanning from nanotechnology to biology and medicine.  

The Minnesota Nano Center, or MNC, is a state-of-the-art facility for interdisciplinary research in nanoscience and applied nanotechnology. 

The University of Minnesota CSE Shop provides a wide array of machine shop services for research, including fabrication, machining, welding, on-site inspection, and consulting. 

The Chemistry Research Stockroom provides chemicals, apparatus, tools, hardware, office and cleaning supplies.
