How is Mortenson positioning itself to be a leader in the energy transition?
  • Law - Patrick Mahlberg, Shareholder, Fredrikson & Byron, P.A.
    • This session will provide an overview of the applicable law and relevant regulators for building electric transmission in the Midwest and will highlight issues impacting our transition to renewable sources of energy, including, but not limited to, different regulatory permitting schemes and the use of eminent domain to complete projects .
  • Policy - Laura Hannah, Senior Policy Associate, Energy Markets, Fresh Energy
