20	Tips:
21	- Easier to trade with people drafting close to you. (Trades between 1st and last picker are harder to balance)
22	- Even with snake, people drafting closer to 1st position have better draft picks on average
23	Examples (should be close to "fair")
24	- Swapping picks from 2 of the same rounds (except the first and second round). For example: swapping picks in the 3rd AND 4th rounds
25	- Trading back in the 1st: give up your first and fourth for a 1st and 3rd in return
