Putting what you learned into action: An interest survey for what could be next
The planners of this symposium would like to gauge your interest in a follow-up to this symposium.
If interested, you would work with a small team to co-create a supervisor development program (or element of one) for your constituents.
How might that work? Small teams who have similar goals would be matched and given a work area in Moodle to collaborate. A facilitator would be assigned to help the group move forward.
Timeline:
April: Choose program, identify goals and learning objectives, assign responsibilities
May: Design the program or element of a program
June: Develop the program for delivery
July: Make it available to group members for piloting
Fall: Review pilots and revise
