#icantkeepquiet
In recognition of Women's History Month, on Tuesday, March 20 at Noon, at The Garage in Kirby Student Center, UMD will host a speak out event.  This event theme will allow us to come together as a community and share our stories of survival of sexual harassment, assault, and violence.  Any and all survivors are welcome.  This event is the beginning of an ongoing project to address sexual violence at UMD and in Duluth.

We also wanted to make sure that people who are not yet comfortable telling their own story publicly would still have the opportunity to be heard.  If you have a story to tell about your experience of sexual harassment, violence, or abuse and would like to share it as part of this event,  please use the form below.

There are a few restrictions.  You are being allowed to share your story anonymously so we ask that you preserve the anonymity of any other parties involved.  Your narrative should avoid:

• names
• specific physical descriptions
• job titles, or
• any details that would allow a listener to identify the people described.
