College of Biological Sciences alums Riley Seitz (Surly) and Rose Picklo (Fair State) are your hosts at this special bio-inspired beer event. Come hear about a special brew developed through a collaboration between University of Minnesota faculty members with expertise in the microbiology of beer, Fair State Brewing, and Surly Brewing. Learn how to develop a flavor profile of different types of beer using proper sensory techniques and indulge your inner geek by having a look around the quality lab, too!
