oSTEM Mentor/Mentee Sign-up Form 2018-2019

This form is to signup to be an oSTEM mentor or mentee. Join the oSTEM Mentorship Program to be paired with an LGBTQIA+ mentor/mentee (current U of M undergraduates, graduates, postdocs, professors, faculty, and professionals are all welcome!) with whom to share advice on anything from dealing with microaggressions, applying for an internship/job, or ways to navigate the collegiate/professional experience as an LGBTQ+ individual.

Description of program:
-Minimum requirements: meet with mentor/mentee at least once per month (in person, skype, phone, up to you!), mentors must identify as a part of the LGBTQ+ community
-Various events throughout the year that are not required but STRONGLY encouraged (kickoff/get to know your pair event, scavenger hunt, etc . . .)
-Free food/gift cards!
-No previous mentorship experience required!
