I hereby authorize the University of Minnesota to place my presentation (PowerPoint, or other format) converted to PDF format on the 30th Annual Minnesota Policy Conference website. 1) Rights: The author hereby grants and assigns CCE the right to place the document only in electronic form onto the internet. CCE retains no right to print and distribute the document in paper form. The author will retain the right to place the document elsewhere on the internet and to publish the document in any other form she/he finds suitable. 2) Royalties: CCE shall not charge for electronic access to the document and shall pay no royalties to the author for its placement on the internet. 3) Warranties: (a) The author warrants and represents that she/he is the sole owner of the document and the right to place the document on the internet and has full right to make this agreement, that placement of the document on the internet is not a violation of any copyright, proprietary or personal right; that she/he has not in any manner granted, assigned, encumbered or disposed of the right to place the document on the internet herein granted to CCE or any right adverse or inconsistent therewith; that no part of the document is libelous, obscene or unlawful, or violates any right of privacy.
