How do I access the RESOURCE intranet?
For UMN Employees - MUST use @umn.edu email
Go to resource.umn.edu
It will prompt you to log in (You will see MPhysicians logo if you are logging in for the first time) and use your full email address (including the "@umn.edu") and password. If it is your first time, you will see a permission policy screen. You will need to click Accept (see screenshot).
For UMP Employees - MUST use @umphysicians.umn.edu email
Use the Teams app to access RESOURCE. Login to Microsoft Teams with your UMP credentials. The Resource app is available at the top of the navigation bar on the left. (see screenshot).
For Fairview Employees - MUST use @fairview.org email
Go to resource.umn.edu
It will prompt you to log in and use your Fairview username and password. If it is your first time, you will see a permission policy screen. You will need to click Accept (see screenshot).
If you are a Medical School employee or an M Physicians employee, you will be automatically added to the system and have access to RESOURCE.
If you are outside of the Medical School or M Physicians and need access to RESOURCE, please submit the request form below.
Medical School Search Functionality
This is currently being worked on as part of Phase 2. Currently, for Medical School users, the search returns a "Sorry, something went wrong." message and defaults to the 'All' tab.
SOLUTION:
If you click on the other tabs, e.g. "Files", "People", etc., it does return the relevant results for your search term.
