Graduate School Seminar Series: Collaborative Leadership & Grand Challenges Research
Getting people to work together isn’t easy, and unfortunately many leaders skip over the basics of team building in a rush to achieve results. But your actions in the first few weeks—some research suggests minutes—can have a major impact on whether your team ultimately delivers results. This seminar will provide practical models and tools to address:
- What steps should you take to set your team up for success?
- What are the stages of team development?
- How can you manage typical team dysfunctions?
- What are the keys to team effectiveness?
