Transfer Articulation and Degree Audit (TADA) Project

Over the course of almost three years, the University implemented uAchieve (the vendor name for APAS) and made improvements to related processes. Goals of the project included:

• Implementing degree audit and transfer articulation functionality

• Treating transfer credit like University completed credit in systems

• Making degree audits (APAS) more consistent

• Increasing availability of degree audit and transfer articulation data to partners (e.g., APLUS, institutional analysis)

• Determining requirements for and implementing long-term graduation planning functionality (currently "Graduation Planner")

• Improving the experience of students, advisors, and others
