About the Performance

The University of Minnesota Dance Program presents its annual winter concert, Thought in Motion, featuring fresh talent illuminating our Dance Program’s mission to promote contemporary dance in a global context. This year the concert will consist of two restagings from Gallim Dance and Robert Moses, as well as a new work by Leslie Parker. The evening comes together under the direction of Erin Thompson, a Senior Teaching Specialist in the dance program and a pillar of the Twin Cities dance community. Artistic residencies are supported by the Sage Cowles Land Grant Guest Artist Endowment. For those interested in dance at the University of Minnesota, this is the event you won’t want to miss!
