Important notes for student presenters
- Please contact your faculty research advisor or sponsor prior to submitting your abstract.
- Projects do NOT need to be completed at the time of submission, but they should be completed prior to the conference.
- Consult your faculty mentor for guidelines on preparing an effective poster. You should create a traditional large-format poster that will be presented virtually using the share screen feature in a zoom-based virtual conference platform.
- Students will be assigned to present at different times on Zoom throughout the 11:00-2:00 event time period. Please be sure to note your preference when you submit your abstract.
- You will present your poster for 3-5 minutes in your assigned Zoom breakout room, followed by a 2 minute question and answer period. Any exceptions to this must be arranged with conference organizers and approved by your faculty sponsor in advance.
- A general session is held from 12:15pm until 1pm. Complete details and an agenda will be forthcoming.
