Following a year of social distancing, we're coming together to explore the intimacy of human connection through dance. Faculty and student choreographers present innovative new works culminating in a live dance concert.

We're happy to welcome these local dance groups at our upcoming DanceWorks21 production: The Happy Tappers (Dec. 2 & 5) and 218 Dance Project (Dec. 3 & 4).

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

UMD College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) will follow the University of Minnesota guidelines which will always be based on state and federal scientific data and advice from University of Minnesota public health and medical experts. The most recent update for the UMN systemwide campuses will not require social distancing nor indoor event capacities, however masks are required indoors and encouraged for outdoor events.

*UMD Student ticket options: $10 advance tickets (60% discount on regular ticket prices) OR FREE rush tickets the night of the performance with a valid UMD student ID. UMD students are encouraged to arrive for rush 30 minutes before curtain. Subject to availability.
