CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR$ 5,500 Exhibit Fee Includes:
- One 5-foot table for a table-top display and 2 chairs located in the exhibit space outside meeting room
- Continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch, hors d'oeuvres for 2 representatives
- Acknowledgement in course materials and signage as a “Conference sponsor” (by name, no logo)
- Observation of educational activity for 1 representative
- List of attendees (Opt in list)
- Thursday Evening Welcome - networking reception and keynote speaker the evening before the conference on October 5. Industry partners are invited to set up their exhibit for this event. Heavy hors d'oeuvres available to all.
- Exhibitor Passport Program - each conference attendee will get a "passport" that they can get stamped at each exhibitor table. Conference attendees who turn in a completed passport at the end of the conference will be entered into a lottery for a prize.
- One page to be included in the online exhibit portfolio that will be distributed by email to all in-person and webinar attendees.*
ONLINE ONLY EXHIBITOR$1,000 Exhibit Fee includes:
- Acknowledgement in course materials and signage as an Online Level Exhibitor (by name, no logo)
- List of attendees (Opt in list)
- One page to be included in the online exhibit portfolio that will be distributed by email to all in-person and webinar attendees.*
-Note: Exhibitors are permitted to have a maximum of one representative present per exhibit table and on-site at the activity at any time.
* Your one page should be submitted as a PDF document, vertical format 8 1/2 x 11 inches. You should test that all links include on your page are functional prior to submission. Submit no later than September 25, 2023 by email to Shelby Gill,

- Representative must wear a company name badge at all times. Please bring a badge with you; they will not be provided on-site.
