Honoring Kirk Froggatt - The Kirk Froggatt Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship

Join us in celebrating Kirk! As he retires from the University, help us create the new Kirk Froggatt Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship to permanently honor his legacy. Our goal is to raise $50,000 (or more) to endow this fellowship. Thanks to a generous lead donor, your gift will be matched dollar for dollar (up to the first $25,000 received).

Kirk Froggatt has been making an impact at the University of Minnesota since 2008 when he joined the faculty of the Technological Leadership Institute (TLI). Kirk held the Gemini Chair in Technology Management and has been a highly rated teacher of both graduate and undergraduate students. He is renowned for his leadership courses and for his strategic and inspiring mentorship of students in TLI’s Management of Technology and other programs. As co-Principal Investigator of MIN-Corps, Kirk has also put his indelible stamp on technology commercialization education for scientists and engineers across the University, the State and the Midwest region. Prior to joining the University, Kirk held senior leadership roles in talent management, leadership development, and organization effectiveness for several Fortune 500 technology corporations.

Kirk is deeply committed to diversity and inclusion as hallmarks of high performing innovation teams. The new Kirk Froggatt Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship will permanently honor’s Kirk’s legacy by supporting TLI students with a passion for fostering diversity, inclusion, and equity in technology management and innovation.  

Your gift commitment received by October 1 will ensure that we can award the first Kirk Froggatt Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship award next year.
