Dakota County 4-H --Horse Stalling Request

This form is set up to list four horses per youth. There must be at least one horse submitted on this form - use the NEXT button to advance the form for each horse. If youth have only one horse, just advance through the form by choosing NEXT at the bottom -- hit SUBMIT when complete.

Please complete one for each youth and submit by July 10.

Stalling will start at 3 p.m. Monday, August 7. Horses will be released at 8 p.m. Wednedsay, August 9. Early departure may result in no premiums paid to the youth.
