Welcome to Connect2, the online resource booking systems for UMD ITSS MediaHub and ITSS TechCentrer. We have a variety of media equipment that can be booked by Students, Faculty and Staff.
What Connect2 can do for you:
- View all available equipment items online in your user profile
- Check real time availability on an equipment item
- Amend, cancel and renew your reservation bookings
- Search your reservation booking history
- Add items to your cart and make a designated reservation time

Overdue Equipiment | Notice
Standard checkout is three (3) days. Overdue equipment will result in the User account being suspended. Account checkout privileges will be reinstated when overdue equipment is returned or the replacement fee is paid.

Welcome to our new checkout system!
We've updated our checkout process to be able to provide you a more streamline checkout experience. Come to the front desk at Kirby Plaza 165 and we would be glad to help you explore the new digital checkout process.
Reserve media equipment in a new, simple process:
- Sign-in to Connect2 by using your University credentials.
- Search and add equiment items to your cart.
- Secure your reservation by choosing a pick-up time and date.
Pick up and return all equipment for ITSS MediaHub and ITSS TechCenter at the the ITSS TechCenter, 165 Kirby Plaza.
