Staffing the pollinator, aquatic invertebrates, or wildlife educational booths and interacting with visitors. Previous knowledge or a willingness to learn content is required. Refuge staff or refuge volunteers will also be present at these booths.
What to know:
Dress to be outdoors and wear appropriate clothing. Volunteer lanyard will be provided and food is available for purchase, though we do suggest volunteers bring their own lunch.
Our event runs from 10 AM - 3 PM. You can volunteer for the morning, afternoon, or the whole day!
