Olmsted County 4-H
2024 Summer Programming
ALMOST Summer Programming
April isn't exactly summer, but it feels like it outside already! Join us for Paint & Punch on April 27 from 12:30-2:30 pm at Aune Hall. Olmsted County youth in grades 3+ are invited to a painting class put on by a local artist! Completed paintings may be entered in the 2024 Olmsted County Fair. Parents are welcome, but not required, to stay. Registration is open in 4-H Online through April 23.
2024 Summer Day Camps
Are you looking for fun-filled activities this summer? Join us for 4-H Day Camp experiences!
Youth in grades K-5 are invited to participate and grade 3-5 campers will get to experience being junior camp counselors! While participating in many of the same activities, the junior camp counselors will be introduced to leadership skills as they support younger youth. Campers will enjoy a variety of theme-related activities including science, art, recreation, snacks, and more!
The registration fee of $25 per youth, per day can be sent to the Olmsted County Extension Office in advance. Please contact us for scholarship opportunities if cost will be a barrier.
If you're over 5th grade and interested in helping with day camp as a counselor, please apply through the 4-H Online website.
We have a proud history of offering affordable summer camps that are filled with hands-on learning, social-emotional skill development, service projects, and a low camper-to-counselor/staff ratio! We hope to see you in 2024!
