Does your content follow the following 4-H Social Media Policy Rules? - To protect youth privacy on a public social mediapage, never use their full name and location. Instead use first name, last name initial, with county name optional, e.g. “Jennifer L., Awesome County.” Do not list youth contact information, and do not tag youth. To make this easier, disable tagging on your page.
- When publicizing meetings, do not include private addresses; instead say “Meeting at Amanda’s house”, with addresses given out in other media, such as email or printed member lists.
- Do not upload photos, videos, music, or other information to which someone else holds a copyright.
