Club Tables:
In addition to the Club Exhibits, each club should put together a Club Display Table. Each club will be given a 6-8 ft table in the center of the 4-H Building to decorate and use to promote their club. It is  an expectation that all clubs will create a table display promoting their club.
All Club Promotion Tables MUST include information on how youth/families can join your club
Club table displays can be set up either on Wednesday, July 6 during 4-H Building Set-Up, Thursday, July 7 between 5 pm and 7 pm, OR Friday, July 8 during 4-H General Project Judging.
Ideas include: Show and explain your club activities and participation in community and county events,  Displays/promotions highlighting a club activity, video or display board to represent the club’s work , tri-fold  display board with interesting club history, etc…
