Floor Space for any non-livestock exhibit should not exceed 20 square feet. If  your exhibit exceeds this space limitation, complete this form prior to 4-H Building Set-Up Night (July 6,  2022).

All oversized exhibits must have the approval of the 4-H Extension Educator before being brought to the Waseca County Fair. Approval will be granted according to the exhibit space available at the fair on a case-by-case basis.

Please take into consideration that all exhibits at the County Fair are entered and displayed at the risk of the exhibitor. 4-H members who have exhibits of great sentimental and/or monetary value should carefully consider whether such exhibits should be exposed to the hazards of the fair.
