INSTRUCTIONS
Use this form to make either of the following changes to your PSEO enrollment status:

DECLINE ENROLLMENT
Cancel involvement with the UMN Morris PSEO program for the upcoming semester and all future semesters. Juniors who select this option may reapply for their senior year.

DEFER ONE SEMESTER
Defer/skip enrollment for the upcoming semester. New PSEO students must attend orientation/registration before requesting to defer enrollment.

This form does not impact your U of M undergraduate enrollment plans. Fill out this form regarding your enrollment in PSEO ONLY.
