We All Belong - Campus Climate Art Show
Thank you for your interest in submitting your artwork, spoken word, or poetry to the 2020 We All Belong - UMD Campus Climate Art Show.

Submissions are open to anyone from the UMD Campus Community and must be themed around UMD's Strategic Plan - Goal 2: Create a positive and inclusive campus climate for all by advancing equity, diversity and social justice.

Submissions should fall into one of the three following categories:
1) Diversity on campus
2) Inclusivity: A welcoming campus
3) Civility: Anti-bullying

Submissions will be judged based on the following criteria:
 1) A short statement about diversity, creating an inclusive campus, or anti-bullying
 2) Creative Expression

Add a digital video recording of your original spoken word piece to your Google Drive and share file with chan@d.umn.edu by MONDAY, March 2, 2020. File format should be in MP4 or MOV. Please include your first and last name in the file name.

Please read the following liability statement carefully and indicate your answer below: I wish to have my artwork exhibited at the 2020 We All Belong - Campus Climate Art Show at the Duluth Campus of the University of Minnesota and, if chosen as a winning recipient, temporarily displayed at the UMD Kathryn A. Martin Library following the art show. I represent to the University that this work is my own original work and does not violate any copyright or other law regarding intellectual property. In consideration for exhibiting my artwork, I release the University, its Regents, employees, officers and agents from any and all liability for damage or loss of my artwork. I acknowledge that the University will not insure my artwork and that it is my responsibility to insure it. I further grant permission to the University to use a digital copy of my artwork, in whole or in part, without restrictions or limitation for the promotion of UMD's Strategic Plan - Goal 2 and other campus climate work. I further consent to the use of my name and likeness, voice and biographical material provided in connection with such promotion.       *
