ABOUT ME

I am an Assistant Professor of Developmental Adapted Physical Education (DAPE) in the Department of Applied Human Sciences at the University of Minnesota Duluth. I direct the DAPE minor program. My primary research interest revolves around physical activity and health promotion in individuals with disabilities. My current line of inquiry explores technology-leveraged health intervention development and implementation for people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I also investigate the interrelationship between motor skills, physical activity, and language development in children with developmental disabilities.
