This spreadsheet is intended to assist a forum for UMN Graduate and Professional students to identify other student roommates. By accessing the UMN Undergraduate Student Roommate Finder, and/or the UMN Graduate and Professional Student Roommate Finder spreadsheet, you agree to use the information in an appropriate manner and acknowledge that failure to do so will result in immediate and indefinite removal from the spreadsheet, without additional warning. Appropriate use includes using the information to find a roommate and/or place of residence. Inappropriate use includes, but is not limited to, using the information for solicitations other than finding suitable living accommodations and sharing information on the form, including the form itself, with persons who are not current graduate students at the University of Minnesota who have been added to the spreadsheet. Be advised that any information in the spreadsheet, other than the x500 UMN email, is not checked for accuracy and users must use individual discretion and accept sole responsibility for the use of the spreadsheet. An OCL staff member will certify that the information in the form is from an eligible, qualified individual and that the spreadsheet is being used for its sole intended purpose of finding suitable, appropriate roommates. All information entered into the following form will be transferred to a spreadsheet (this includes your name and x500). This information will NOT be publicly available and will only be shared with students on the spreadsheet whose x500s have been verified, along with OCL staff members who will be monitoring the spreadsheet. OCL does not represent or warrant that access to the spreadsheet will be uninterrupted or that there will be no failures, errors, or omissions or loss of transmitted information or that no viruses will be transmitted through the website. OCL shall not be liable to any user or third party for direct, indirect, special, consequential or any other item identified as damages allegedly sustained or arising out of an individual’s access or inability to access the page.
