Thank you for your commitment to continuously improve upon the diversity and inclusion practices in your respective area. The GSDO offers limited consulting services to UMN Twin Cities and Duluth graduate program units and colleges.

Types of requests we can potentially serve for a graduate program, department, or college:

Guidance on how to improve graduate diversity recruitment practices
Guidance on how to improve inclusive retention strategies for diverse graduate students
Guidance on how to navigate diversity-related conflict with graduate program students
8-12 month commitment to graduate program climate transformation

We do not serve requests for:

Undergraduate efforts
Individual faculty
Course development
