The purpose of the iMEN Indigenous and Males of Color Retreat is to provide an opportunity to have courageous conversations regarding color, culture, identity and conscious from asset model of healthy masculinity. Indigenous and male students of color with intersecting identities a place to build community, collectivism, coalition leadership and tips and strategies to successfully navigate the university experience and life after college. We aim to accomplish these goals through plenary sessions, with keynote speakers, affinity groups facilitated by local, regional and national professionals and keynote speakers, and workshops associated with healthy masculinity.
