We are excited to honor our Meeker County 4-H youth for all of their accomplishments throughout the year during our fall Awards Celebration!
Here you will find all the applications for awards that are available for Meeker County 4-H members.
All awards applications are fillable PDF documents. Please submitted typed applications, not handwritten ones.

Applications are due to the Extension office by Monday, September 18! - Note this year's early deadline.
Exceptions are club treasurer and secretary books which will be due with club charters by October 31 this year.

4-H members can apply for awards such as outstanding awards, scholarships, and complete project records.
4-H clubs can apply for an outstanding club award in addition to submitting club officer books for judging.
Nominate a 4-H member as a young achiever or acknowledge a deserving volunteer, alumni, or 4-H supporter.
