CCAPS Peer Mentor Application
You are applying to be a mentor for an incoming transfer student during the 2024-25 school year. Please fill out this form by May 8th.

Requirements:
  • Attend a mandatory training on September 4th (4-5 pm) OR September 5th (10-11 am)
  • Minimum time commitment during the year is 1 meeting per month with your mentee.
  • 2.5 GPA or higher
  • Strong commitment to CCAPS and your major program
